How we work
Three phases. A decision at each gate. It's yours.
Most agencies are chauffeurs. You never learn to drive and the bill never stops. We work like a driving instructor: next to your team for 90 days, then out of the car.
- 01 2–4 weeks
Diagnostic
Where the revenue leaks, what one fix is worth in ARR, and what's realistic in your stack.
- Strategy
- Business case, build-buy-reuse per piece.
- Funnel and content
- Interviews with sales, CS and 5–10 customers. What converts, in which language.
- Data and tooling
- What the CRM can be trusted for. Which AI pieces are real.
Outcome
A validated growth design, a business case, and a committed price for the Pilot. Go or no-go, your call.
- 02 90 days
Pilot
The first growth system live in your own accounts, on your own data.
- Adoption
- One workflow live in week one, shaped with the people who run it.
- Systems
- Lead scoring, content pipeline, multilingual pages, reporting that updates itself.
- Data
- Tracking fixed, definitions agreed, dashboards bound to the source.
Outcome
One system running, one number moved, and a scaling decision made on evidence.
- 03 Month to month
Run
Your team runs it. We're on call, not in the loop.
- Adoption
- Your team ships the next experiments from the playbooks.
- Systems
- New markets reuse the same engine. Only the local rules change.
- Data
- Alerts, a monthly check, nothing breaks when a tool updates.
Outcome
A growth engine you own, with the cost of each next move falling. The exit is in the contract.
Questions
Questions we get on the first call.
- What does it cost?
- A fixed price per phase, committed before the phase starts. The Diagnostic ends with a committed price for the Pilot, so you decide with the number in hand. No percentage of ad spend, no scope creep, and the exit is in the contract.
- Which languages do you work in?
- English, French and Swedish. Interviews, content and pages are produced in the language of the market, not translated afterwards.
- What happens if the diagnostic says no?
- We say so and stop there. You keep the design and the business case.
- Who does the work?
- The two founders. No juniors, no account managers.
- What do we own at the end?
- Everything. Playbooks in your Notion, automations in your accounts, dashboards documented, the training recording and a 30-day on-call window. Nothing runs on our side.
Three commitments
- 01
In production.
It runs in your tools, not in our slides.
- 02
In the workflow.
Nobody has to remember to open a tab.
- 03
Owned by your team.
Your accounts, your repo, your standups. When we leave, nothing leaves with us.
